Mission

AM Yoga + Massage was started in 1997, when I realized the 7 years spent struggling with my own Chronic Pain had prepared me to serve others.

That journey through pain, surgery and chaos, took me on a ride through several Seasons of my Life. I was forever changed by that process. I'm now a former Interior Designer turned Massage Therapist, Yoga Teacher and Seeker.

There's exponential value in creating Order and Health in the Body.
Together, they set the stage for ever deepening layers of healing.

My mission is to share, serve and offer authentic healing experiences through Anatomy-informed Wellness Sessions, Manual Therapy, Yoga & Fascia Release. I always engage in frank talk about how the Body, Mind and Spirit collaborate and overlap in every area of life. This greatly aids to help us make sense of the great mystery of our lives.

My personal Journey of Healing lead me through darkness and doubt at the depths of my Soul. I slowly emerged from that process, able to lead others down their heart’s path towards impeccable health. I've found we can create a container for this type of in-depth healing in our life... and it's a daily practice of something that fills your cup.
